Fees

Medicare currently offers a rebate for Telehealth (video and telephone) appointments concerning medical abortion for individuals who have an eligible Medicare card.

The fee for the prescription consultation stands at $382.90, but with a rebate of $82.90, the out-of-pocket expense amounts to $300.

For those who have undergone prior investigations verifying the pregnancy’s location and date, it may be possible to obtain the prescription during the initial consultation. However, if no investigations have been conducted, an initial consultation will be necessary before the prescription is provided.

At the time of booking, your card details will be collected, and the payment along with the rebate will be processed upon completion of the consultation. Subsequent follow-up consultations will be billed directly to Medicare with your consent.
